HARITA Co.,Ltd. acquired certification of ISO 14001, an international standard for environmental-management systems, at its headquarters on May 29, 2003. After a period of preparation, we started our efforts at environmental conservation in May 2001, building an environmental management system. Working for harmonious coexistence with local communities and the Earth, we will continue to promote our environmental-conservation activities.

Since its establishment over 30 years ago, HARITA Co.,Ltd. has engaged in recycling as a core business operation. We pursue a wide range of activities: domestic waste disposal, industrial waste disposal, automobile recycling, and electrical appliance recycling, as well as the destruction and rendering harmless of CFCs and the crushing of fluorescent lights.
